In the month of Nov. Visual Art League of Lewisville organized exhibition of New Members. As a new member myself, participated and two of my paintings were selected for Display. One was ‘Mystic’ and other was ‘Red Gems’. On 9th Nov. i was awarded ‘Inspirational Work’ for my artwork ‘Mystic’. Humbled and Happy that my Soft Pastel portrait ‘Mystic’ was appreciated. I also had a chance to interact and mingle with fellow artists.  

On March 2nd, I celebrated Women’s Day with the Dallas Fort Worth Maharashtra Mandal – Marathi Mandal, where I conducted a ‘Paint n Sip’ event for over 200 remarkable women. The experience of painting alongside them was truly exceptional and enriching. I am immensely grateful to my supportive friends, whose assistance was instrumental in ensuring the success of this event. The ‘Paint n Sip’ event was a blend of creativity, camaraderie, and celebration. It provided a platform for women to express themselves artistically, unwind, and connect with each other. Witnessing the joy and camaraderie among the participants was incredibly rewarding. I believe that such events are not only about celebrating Women’s Day but also about fostering a sense of community and empowerment. It was inspiring to see women from diverse backgrounds come together, share their stories, and create art together. I am thankful to the Dallas Fort Worth Maharashtra Mandal – Marathi Mandal for providing me with the opportunity to organize this event. It was a memorable experience that highlighted the power of community and the importance of supporting and uplifting each other. I look forward to organizing more such events in the future.  

I am honored and excited to share that my painting ‘Pomodori’ got accepted in Pastel Society of New Hampshire’s “Its Pastel 2022” Juried Exhibition. The painting will be on display at Discover Portsmouth Center from 22nd October through November 18th 2022.

I am honored and excited to share that my painting ‘Wonderment’ got accepted into the 5th Annual Pure Color International Juried Exhibition of Pastel Paintings held by Pastel Society of North Carolina. Of 873 paintings submitted, 175 were chosen by Juror of selection. This online exhibition took place on 1st Sept through 30th Sept. 2021
